That's a hoot,HOF...unfortunately,Hatteras Island deer will now be targeted as preditors and exterminated by the NPS(read Audubon Gestapo)

|
While walking the AT coming through NC we camped in the smokies and always carried mouse traps, one night we were catching them and throwing them in an un used fire pit . We heard a strange crunching noise in the middle of the night,when we shined the light at the noise there were two does munching on the mice. I was shocked and could not believe the deer were eating meat.

Maybe we need to rescue some cats from the pound and drop them off in Buxton.Don't they like birds??

Check the kill list from NPS
They have kill a deer already to save the plovers. Soon it will be humans, after all, they are more important then us...
