Wednesday Fishing Report

Blue fish bit most of the day today on the point on sting silvers. This evening there was a good spinish bite. There was one puppy drum caught on the point as well. South of the point there were some pompano. On the Avon beaches there were blues, spanish, and some sea mullet. Out on Avon pier there was a nice cobia lost on a buck tail. They had a good bite of 2 to 3 pound spanish out there. The inshore guys did well on the spanish and saw some nice cobia around Hatteras Inlet.
